Whether you're an expert in a particular field, a creative enthusiast, or an educator with a passion for helping others learn, becoming an instructor on Thkee is an exciting opportunity to grow your influence and earn from your skills. Here’s how to get started:
1. Discover Your Teaching Niche
The first step in becoming a Thkee instructor is identifying the knowledge you want to share. Whether it's tech skills, creative arts, personal development, or a specialized trade, there’s a vast audience waiting to learn from you. Ask yourself:
What am I passionate about teaching?
What knowledge or skills can I offer that others would benefit from?
What subjects do I have unique insights or experience in?
Once you find your niche, you’re on your way to creating a course that engages and educates.
Please be aware that except for subjects that are on our list of forbidden subjects, you are free to teach anything on our platform.

3. Plan Your Course
Before you start recording or designing your course, planning is key. A well-structured course will help your students follow along easily and understand the material deeply. Here's how to plan your course effectively:
Target Audience: Before diving into content creation, identify who your course is for. Are you teaching beginners or advanced learners? Is your audience professionals looking to upgrade their skills or hobbyists? Understanding your audience helps you tailor your lessons to their needs and interests.
Course Outline: Break your subject into clear sections. Define learning outcomes for each part, so students know what they will achieve.
Lesson Design: Think about how you want to deliver the content. Will it be through video lectures, quizzes, or interactive assignments?
Materials and Resources: Gather all necessary tools, references, and resources that you will need to support your lessons.
Planning is the foundation of a great learning experience. The more organized you are, the smoother your teaching process will be.
4. Record and Create Engaging Content
Now comes the fun part: creating your course content! Whether you’re recording videos or designing interactive materials, it’s important to keep your audience in mind. Thkee provides a collection of tools and resources to help you create high-quality content:
Start by sending a Test Video: Before diving into full-scale production, Thkee offers a free service that allows you to submit a test video. This helps ensure that your production quality meets our platform’s standards. You’ll receive feedback on things like video clarity, sound quality, and presentation, helping you improve before recording the entire course. Submitting a test video is a great way to fine-tune your setup and increase your course’s professionalism. Check out our list of recommended audio/video equipment.
Video Production: Once you have received feedback concerning the submitted test video and have enough recording quality to fit our platform, it is time to start recording your own training courses. Focus on delivering clear, engaging videos. Speak confidently, make eye contact, and break down complex concepts into digestible parts.
Interactive Elements: Add quizzes and assignments to keep students involved. Active learning boosts retention and keeps students motivated.
5. Publish Your Course
Once your course is ready, it’s time to publish it on Thkee. Our platform makes it easy to share your course with a global audience:
Review Your Course: Check that all lessons are in place and your content is clear, engaging, and easy to follow.
Add a Compelling Course Description: Write a brief but engaging description of what your course offers. Highlight the skills students will gain and why they should enroll.

You can then submit your course for review. so that in addition to giving our students an excellent learning experience, our team can ensure that it doesn't violate any of our policies.
After submission, our group will review the completed course and offer suggestions as necessary. If you have suggestions, edit your course and make the necessary changes. Your course will be published on our site and you will be recognized as an official instructor there after it has been approved.
6. Engage with Students and Grow
Your role as an instructor doesn’t end after publishing your course. Engaging with your students is key to building a strong community of learners. Here’s how to stay connected:
Interact: Respond to questions, offer additional insights, and provide feedback on assignments.
Update Your Course: Keep your content fresh and relevant. If there are new developments in your field, update your course to stay current.
Ask for Feedback: Encourage students to leave reviews and feedback. This will not only improve your course but also attract more students.
As your student base grows, so does your reputation. The more courses you create, the more students you’ll inspire, and the larger your community will become.
