Choose your course topic

In order to achieve great success for your course on the Udysa, you need to spend some time thinking about the topic of the course. Begin your course with a topic you have a great passion for and want to spread knowledge through it.

Then define the target audience you will be training and start putting the titles they are looking for in your course topic.

Check your topic’s demand and competition

Just as thinking of what you will teach on Udysa, choose a topic you have a good experience with and feel excited about. You could think of many things, but how do you pick the right topic?

One way is to explore the topic’s demand and competition by visiting our Marketplace Insights tool, which can also be found on your instructor dashboard under Tools.

When you land on Marketplace Insights, you’ll see a list of topics that are currently in high demand by learners. If you see a topic that is relevant to you, this it could be your unique teaching opportunity. Otherwise, keep entering your topic in the search field and look for it.

Depending on the supply and demand for your topic, the tool will provide the following information:

The recommended strategy for teaching topics on the Udysa:

  • Focus on getting a high rating for success in this topic. To achieve maximum impact among learners, make sure your course stands out from the crowd by getting high ratings from learners. To do so, submit a test video to ensure that your recording provides a high quality experience in order to get students’ attention. You may want to add interactive activities as a way to differentiate your course from other courses. This is a great way to create a course where you get learners’ interaction.

  • Stand out your course from others to achieve susses: Although there may be a lot of courses in your field and subject matter, you may be able to stand out from the rest. There are different ways of approaching each subject and we have learners who appreciate the unique courses.
  • Create a unique training course: As we mentioned previously, the demand for the course by learners and the availability of the course with the required subject is one of the most important factors that will lead to the success of your course.
